Orhan Erdem, Partner; graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law after completing a successful year at the faculty of law of University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Orhan has vast experience in corporate law, commercial law and law of contracts, along with immigration law, providing stellar legal services to both foreign and local clients around the world.
Orhan provided advice regarding general corporate law matters to foreign and Turkish businesses, whereby providing his legal opinion and risk assessment on potential investment deals and relative contracts.
As a strong implementer of preventative corporate compliance, Orhan takes the necessary steps to analyze each client with each individual potential risks arising from their businesses. Each client is divided into their relative risk groups to provide the most effective compliance advise.
Orhan has assisted many clients in acquiring real-estate property in Turkey and has successfully completed the necessary procedures regarding residency and citizenship applications.
With a vast experience in equity investment deals and contracts, Orhan also leads equity investment closings and has successfully solved several equity based disputes of both start-up companies and more large scale corporate institutions.
